Currently, we are looking for a top Middle SEO Specialist to join our team, who will grow the number and scale of projects with us. At the beginning of your work, your boss will be the CEO, and in the future you will be able to become a team leader, department head, or even a C-level manager.
As part of your work with our projects, your tasks will include:
- Conduct SEO audits, create technical specifications, and monitor their implementation;
- Develop and implement optimal SEO strategies, taking into account competition, topic specifics, and regional aspects;
- Carry out a full range of SEO work: from internal (Onpage) to external (Offpage) optimization;
- Manage projects independently, monitor their effectiveness, generate reports on the results achieved, provide suggestions for improving performance, and achieve target KPIs;
- Communicate with clients and colleagues from other teams to achieve results, present commercial proposals to potential clients;
- Regularly monitor the technical performance of the site using tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Chrome DevTools) and analyze the effectiveness of SEO measures.
While working on projects, you will interact with other departments, namely:
- PM Department for communication with the customer;
- Sales Department to develop commercial offers;
- Copywriters to develop texts;
- Developers for solving technical tasks to finalize websites.
What criteria do you meet?
- You have at least 1 year of experience as an SEO specialist with successful cases of bringing websites to the TOP of search engines;
- Actively work with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, and use Google Sheets, including formulas and automation to optimize workflows;
- Have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, key ranking principles, and SEO influencers and are able to find alternative solutions to solve problems;
- You have basic skills in technical website optimization, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript principles, and understand how they affect SEO.
It’s a plus, but not required:
- You have experience working in a marketing agency;
- Have a good command of English at B2 level or above;
- Live in Odesa.
